For any copyright infringment and related inquiries, contact us using info at appleaperturepresets dot net with all the necessary details. We will evaluate the situation and act promptly to comply with all legitimate requests.
DOWNLOADS
The check-out process consist in two simple stages, Paypal payment and Oronjo download.
So lets assume that you decide to purchase the Magazine collection 3. From that specific page you will click on the green button. Oronjo will give you the option of paying with Paypal. You will pay for your purchase and when that is completed, Oronjo will send you back to the Magazine collection 3 page*. Pay attention and do not close that window!
Instead of the buy button, you will see your download link.
If you click faster than your MAC thinks, you may risk to close the browser and your download link will be gone.
If this the case, simply contact Us with your Paypal transaction number and we will issue a new download link for you within 24 hours. The download link will expire within 36 hours.
*The only exception is the eCheck like any other check, those will take 3 to 5 days to clear and we won’t be able to send your download until then.
REFUND
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and deliverables can be duplicated. Once a purchase has been made, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies/deliverables (such as preset files, video links and similar). Due to the many unforeseeable parameters and settings of modes DSLR camera, no specific results are guaranteed with out product. In other words, we do not accept refund requests, returns, or exchanges, this store policy has no exceptions.
BACKUP AND DIGITAL FILE LOSS
If your hard drive crashes or you’ve deleted your presets we can help. All you will have to do is providing us with the Paypal transaction number and we will issue one or more download links for you. There is a $5.00 charge for this service and we are not able to waive this fee under any circumstances since the problem was not cause by Us.
